Walking Tour: A Second Look at Ransohoff's Cincinnati

Celebrate the FotoFocus exhibition "Second Look: Danny Ransohoff's Cityscapes Through New Eyes" with a two-hour city walk hosted by the Over-the-Rhine Museum. Led by Anne Delano Steinert, a research assistant professor of history at the University of Cincinnati, the walk begins at the Over-the-Rhine Museum with a brief introduction to the exhibition, which pairs Danny Ransohoff's historic city views with modern photographs of the same locations. From there, you and fellow participants will walk to five locations featured in the exhibition, historic photos in hand. At each stop, you will compare photographs from the past with present-day views and explore how the neighborhood has changed over time. Along the way, the group may even imagine what the neighborhood could look like in the future. Please Note : It's suggested to dress appropriately for the weather.
