Hispanic Heritage Month Cooking Workshop

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with an engaging cooking experience that highlights the vibrant, nutrient-dense food traditions of Latin America. Participants will prepare plant-based dishes inspired by the Latin American Heritage diet while exploring key ingredients, flavors, and cultural influences. Gluten Free and Vegan options are available. Please note any dietary needs, including allergies, in your registration. Food preparation is part of the program and knives will be used. In addition to registration, a waiver must be completed in order to use the knives.
