Glitter & Glue: Spackle Ghost Wall Art

Tiffin Seneca Public Library Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host two special adult craft programs; "Glitter & Glue: Spackle Ghost" on Monday, October 5 at 10:00 a.m. And 6:00 p.m. In the Frost Kalnow Room. Participants can get into the spooky spirit by making ghost or pumpkin wall art using wall spackle.
