Dining with Diabetes

Dining with Diabetes is a nutrition education program designed for people with diabetes and their family members. In this series, participants will learn how to incorporate healthy cooking techniques and other practices into their own kitchens to help manage their blood glucose. At Dining with Diabetes, you will: sample flavorful and easy recipes, gain new insights on healthy eating, learn new skills to manage your diabetes, and have the opportunity to engage in discussions with a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
