Toddler Tales

Tiffin Seneca Public Library The Youth Services Department at the Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will hold "Toddler Tales" on Thursdays, September 3, 10, 17, and 24 at 10:00 a.m. In the Frost Kalnow Room. Developed for children 1 ½ to 3 years old, the program will be an active storytime that encourages movement through rhymes, stories, songs, and dancing.
