Martins Ferry Volunteer Fire Department will host their parade on Saturday August 1 during the Betty Zane Days! All local fire departments are encouraged to participate and everyone is encouraged to attend. Let's honor those who serve our community and keep us safe. Parade will start at 10:30 am.
