Join us at the East library as you learn about the importance of native plants. Native plants are the superheroes of our backyards. In this fun, hands‑on program, participants discover why these plants are so important and how they help pollinators like butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. Through games, activities, and close‑up investigations, participants will see how native plants keep our environment healthy and how they can help protect these amazing species right at home. Presented by The Mahoning Soil and Water Conservation District. For kids in grades 2-8. Registration required.
