Roll out your mat and join us for free yoga classes at Ohio University Southern every Tuesday in July from 5 to 6 p.m. in the Art Gallery, Dingus 111. These classes are open to everyone. Students can build a healthy habit into the summer, faculty and staff can wind down after work without leaving campus, and community members are warmly welcomed to join in. Whether you are a longtime yogi or brand new to the practice, all levels and abilities are welcome.
