Tiffin Seneca Public Library The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library's virtual craft series for adults, "Make It At Home," will offer free supply kits and an instructional video on how to decorate a candle with wax beginning Monday, August 3.Patrons can pick up a supply kit at the Information Desk full of almost everything needed to make a craft each month, and will only need to use a few basic supplies from home.
