Dr Samuel L Bossard Memorial Library Start your week off right. Join us on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM in the Riverside Room for some relaxing Yoga. The class will be led by a Certified Yoga instructor. Attendees will be introduced to the basics of yoga practice and to the myriad benefits Yoga can bring to your life.Please make sure to arrive a few minutes early to your first class as you will need to fill out contact information and sign an exercise waiver.You must be 16 years of age or older to attend the class.
