Dutch Tilt is back! After a long hiatus, the indie film festival returns to the Holland July 23-26. Featuring 37+ Ohio-connected shorts and feature films from some of the region's most talented student and independent filmmakers, the festival includes blocks of dramatic, animated, horror, and documentary shorts as well as three feature films and two showings of Sundance hit Union County.
