Immerse yourself in a therapeutic sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and tubular bells. This is a mindfulness exercise that will allow participants to be more present in their surroundings and reduce stress levels. Please note: Chairs will be provided; however, participants are also welcome to settle onto a mat/blanket on the floor. Those choosing to sit on the floor are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, cushion, or other seating support for added comfort.
