Tiffin Seneca Public Library Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will wrap up the 2026 summer reading program with a party for teens entering grades six through twelve on Tuesday, July 28 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Celebrate the end of summer reading with an afternoon of pizza, ice cream, games, and time to hang out with friends.
