Please join us for a sound bath, a meditative experience of sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls played in harmony to promote deep rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Feel free to dress in layers and bring your favorite cozy props like blankets, pillows, yoga mats, or stuffed animals to enhance comfort, warmth, and relaxation.
