The goal of Tri-C®'s FYE faculty training and development activities is to support new and returning GEN-1070 instructors by increasing their understanding and preparation for teaching a first year experience seminar. As a result of your participation in this training, you will develop an understanding on First-Year students better by being introduced to effective teaching and learning practices for the GEN-1070 course, including instructional design support and course outcomes. In addition, the training will cover Tri-C resources, the Brightspace course site, Tri-C Grad Plan, library services
