Visit Downtown Lakeview for our Harborfest Event and Wacky Boat Races! Food trucks, fun, entertainment, shopping and more! WACKY BOAT RACES ARE BACK! Build your own boat using non-marine materials and race other participants in the Lakeview Harbor. Prizes will be awarded to the winning team. *Boats must be homemade using any material that floats, however, the material MUST NOT be manufactured for marine purposes. *NO motors or any kind of paddle or surf board like crafts. The homemade boat must be "people powered". *Participants must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. *USCG approve
