Aqua Cardio is a low-impact, high-intensity water aerobics style class that is held in shallow water. This class utilizes the water as resistance to help improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. There are no swimming skills needed for this class! Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early, doors will lock 5 minutes after the start of class.
