Tiffin Seneca Public Library The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will reward the youth participants of the 2025 Summer Reading Program with an "Ice Cream Extravaganza and BINGO!" on Friday, July 31 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.Join the Library in celebrating all of the hard work during the summer reading program by making a sundae and playing BINGO.
