Whether you are new to this work or have years of experience, you will find a welcoming space where your personal journey is respected. The gathering is designed for all levels and invites you to soften, reflect, reconnect, and feel grounded as the next lunar phase approaches. Please bring a journal, water, and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, the studio has extras available to borrow.
