Have you always wanted to try yoga but are nervous about showing up to a studio full of Yogis? Join your friends at the library for an evening of basic yoga poses. This program will be led by a non-certified instructor. Please bring your own mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing that allows for a range of movement. This program is for ages 16+. While participating in any physical activity sponsored by The Library, patrons do so at their own risk. Library patrons assume responsibility for their own health and well-being when taking The Library's classes or participating in Library events.
